As the founder of Sweet Valley Packers, Joel worked closely with many health food brands—especially those serving people with diabetes and other chronic conditions tied to high sugar consumption.

Over time, He noticed something powerful. These brands weren’t just selling products — they were offering hope, joy, and a better quality of life. But they often lacked the packaging and fulfillment support needed to bring their healthier options to market effectively. That’s when Joel saw an opportunity to make a difference, behind the scenes.

Joel launched Sweet Valley Packers to be more than just a packaging company — to be a trusted partner for health-focused brands. Our mission is to help these companies deliver their products with care, quality, and consistency — so their customers can smile a little more with every box that arrives.

Today, Sweet Valley Packers specializes in high-quality fulfillment and packaging solutions for natural, low-glycemic, non-GMO, and additive-free products. Whether it’s custom kitting, labeling, or logistics, we make sure every product arrives looking great and feeling personal.

 FAQs

  • Tolling means you will provide everything to us, including formulas, ingredients, pouches, and packaging. We strictly produce to the specifications you provide. We only charge you for the use of our facility and labor, charging a “Tolling Fee” for your product passing through our factory. 

  • Turnkey means we handle the entire process for you. Under your direction we will source ingredients and the packaging needed to make your product. When production is complete, and the product is ready to be shipped, you will pay in one convenient invoice. 

  • We can fill various pre-made pouches from laminated, PE, and pouches made from other recyclable materials. We can produce assorted styles including the most popular Flat and Standup pouches from sizes W:120 – 260mm L: 130 – 400mm. 

  • Our state-of-the-art filling machines can produce up to 30,000 pouches per shift. We also understand the need for a manufacturer to help new companies produce on a smaller scale and provide an avenue for growth. Contact us and tell us about your project — if for any reason we are unable to help you we can point you in the direction of one of our trusted partners. 

  • The only allergen currently used for production in our facility is the Tree Nut. This allergen will only be used in our Allergen Mixes Room. After each production, all lines are cleaned and sanitized per GMP standards.
